A Night of William Finn – October 29, 2011

District Theatre Collective presented A Night of William Finn on October 29 to raise money for AVENUE Q. We had the pleasure to honour the American composer responsible for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Falsettos, Elegies: A Song Cycle, A New Brain, and other great musicals and song-cycles. Thank you to all who participated, attended and donated their time and money!

Puppet Workshop – October 25, 2011

The cast of AVENUE Q will undergo rigorous training to learn how to bring the puppets to life. Here are some photos from our second puppet workshop led by one of our Puppet Directors, Tim Bandfield.

The puppet aerobics begin! Puppet Director, Tim Bandfield, teaches the cast how to walk.

Moe meets another of his temporary puppet cast mates. They instantly become friends.
